Planning Packages
Because every wedding is different and unique, one price does not always fit all! All package pricing is a starting point. Some large weddings, out of town weddings, etc. may be a different amount.
Full Planning.. $1000
From the moment that you are engaged, until you leave for your honeymoon, I am there every step of the way!
This package includes:
-Initial complimentary consultation
-unlimited emails, text and phone calls.
-Assistance with Wedding and Reception venue.
-Assistance with vendor meetings and research
-Budget Management (Setting up your customized budget, tracking vendor payment schedule, provide reminders for upcoming payments, etc)
-Advise on etiquette.
- Detail Management
-Wedding Attire Consultation
-I will help with coordination for out of town guests.
-Rehearsal direction up to 2 hours.
-Consultation of Rehearsal Dinner
-1 hour month prior meeting
-1 hour meeting week of wedding.
-Venue walk through (as allowed per venue)
-Layout of reception
-Provide day of timeline for wedding party and vendors.
-Coordinate day of deliveries and set-up.
-Oversee activities throughout the night, such as first dance, cake cutting, speeches, etc.
-All day coverage of the wedding.
-Endless support throughout the entire process!

Assistance Planning..$ 650
You have started the wedding process, but you wish that you had someone to take over the small details to ensure that you have the wedding of your dreams. This package is for you!
This package includes all of Day of Coordination PLUS:
-Budget Management (Setting up your customized budget, tracking vendor payment schedule, provide reminders for upcoming payments, etc).
-Advise on etiquette.
-Design
-Coordination for out of town guests.
-Assistance in Save the Date and Invitation
-Vendor research and meetings
-Detail Management
Rehearsal & Day of Coordination.. $ 400
This package is for the DIY bride who wants to do all of her décor set up & tear down on her own but just needs someone to be in charge of all details day of. We will have 2 consultations meetings with bride prior to wedding day to come up with a day of timeline. Meetings are preferred 4-6 weeks out and 1-2 weeks out. This includes a 1 hour rehearsal & 4-6 hours day of wedding coordination coverage. We coordinate all of the following:
Timeline management
Coordination of all vendors
Wedding Rehearsal
Day of Order of Events
Reception Direction
Ensuring all important events occur at the time bride & groom desire

Design
If you are planning a wedding, party or corporate event and are in need of a decor design this is the package for you! Simple Charm can make all your silk floral arrangements and bouquets in house. We can also create beautiful centerpieces, unity candles, etc. My beautiful sister Margaret is the master mind behind this part of Simple Charm. She creates unique and beautiful decor just for you! We would love to make your event spectacular. This is for any event up to 200 guests. (Extra $50 per 50 guests over 200). This all-inclusive design package includes the following:
2 design meetings prior to your event
Full decor design plan based off your decor vision
Space planning layout
Many different centerpieces option
Any other decor items you would like incorporated into your event
Items not included would be anything extra that would need to be purchased to complete design plan. We do work closely with some amazing local florist & can work real flowers into any budget!
